WCHX-A Series

Dunham-Bush has re-launched its new and improves WCHX-A series for

high efficiency Water Cooled Horizontal Screw Chiller. With capacity

ranges from 110 to 275RT, the WCHX-A series offers single or multiple

Horizontal screw compressors with independent refrigerant circuit for

superior performance, redundancy and reliability. The WCHX-A series are

AHRI certified, ASHRAE 90.1 compliant, uses environmentally friendly

R134a refrigerant and available in 50Hz. The series has adopted a

compact design construction with footprint reduction up to 30%.

Malaysia “My Hijau” Green

Product Certification

On 5th Oct 2016, Dunham-Bush has

successfully registered it’s energy efficiency

products in the Malaysian “My HIJAU” Green

Product Certification. My HIJAU is

Malaysia’s official green labelling

scheme endorsed by the Government of

Malaysia (Ministry of Energy, Green

Technology and Water), bringing

together certified green products and

services that meet local and international

environmental standards under one single

mark. The four products that have been

registered under the energy efficiency

category are DCLC-D, DCLC-M, WCFX-V and

AVX-B.

CFDRI Conference

On 3-4th Aug 2017, Dunham-

Bush was invited to the

International conference on

Computational Fluid Dynamics

in Research & Industry

(CFDRI). Research paper on

“Numerical investigation of a flat channel restriction orifice on the

pressure drop performance” was presented by Dr Jeff Yau –

Dunham-Bush Product Development & Testing Manager. The two

days International conferences was held in Songkla, Thailand.

RHVAC Exhibition

On 7–9th Sep 2017, Dunham-

Bush Thailand has participated

in the RHVAC Exhibition 2017

in Bangkok. Dunham-Bush has

joint Yantai Moon Thailand as

Co-exhibitor in the exhibition. The RHVAC

Exhibition in Bangkok is held every two years,

is one of the largest HVAC/R exhibition in

South East Asia. It has attracted participation

from 300 companies internationally including

China, South Korea, ASEAN, India, Middle

East, Europe & USA.

MCTI Launching

On 17th Sep 2017, Dunham-

Bush has participated in the

launch of Malaysia - China

Trade & Investment (MCTI)

Guide. The prestige's event

was held in Shangri-La Hotel

Kuala Lumpur and was officiated by the Ministry of Finance,

Malaysia. More than 700 guests from government agencies, foreign

diplomats, leaders of associations, members of the media, as well

as entrepreneurs from Malaysia & China has attended the event.

Aquathon

On 17th Sep 2017, Dunham-Bush

sports team has participated in the

Putrajaya International Aquathon

held in Putrajaya, Malaysia. The Aquathon

event consist of combination of 1.5km Open

Water Swim + 10km Marathon. Dunham-Bush

team which consist of four participants, have

successfully completed the international

event.

Training & Conference

On 20-21st Sep 2017, Dunham-

Bush USA together with its

master distributor HVAC/R

International Inc has organized

“Sales Training & Conferences” at Miami East

Hotel, Florida. The training & conferences was

attended by 60 distributors from more than 50

states in USA & Canada. The distributors were

trained on product sales, latest technical

specification and selection program.

Industrial Visit -

South Africa

On 29th Sep 2017, Dunham-

Bush South Africa has

organized an industrial visit to

Dunham - Bush Malaysia.

The industrial visit was attended by 25 participants which includes

consultant, contractor & owner. Apart from factory visit, the

delegates also visited several Dunham-Bush installations including

Thermal Energy Storage (TES) System at UiTM Sg Buloh which

consist of 3,000RT chiller capacity & TES capacity of 11,520RTH.

Exhibition 2017On 28 -30th Sep 2017, Dunham-

Bush Indonesia has participated

in the HVAC & Refrigeration

Exhibition 2017 in Jakarta.

Dunham-Bush has joint with

Yantai Moon Indonesia as Co-exhibitor in the exhibition. The

exhibition was held in Jakarta International Expo (JIEX) organized

every year. It is considered as one of the largest HVAC/R event in

South East Asia and has attracted many visitors from ASEAN

countries as well as internationally.

Futsal Tournament

On 1st Oct 2017, Dunham-Bush

sports team has participated in

Futsal tournament organized by

Bangi Industry Administrative

Association (BIAA) at Galaxy

Sports Complex. Total of 45 teams from more

than 30 organisation have participated in the

tournament. Dunham-Bush was represented

by two teams which consist of engineers,

executives & production personnel. Both

teams have shown high sportsmanship with

exceptional team work.

UTEM Industrial Visit

On 10th Oct 2017, Technical

University of Malaysia has

organized an industrial visits to

Dunham-Bush. The visit was

attended by engineering students

and lecturers. The objectives of the industrial

visits is to introduce & educate engineering

students on the air conditioning products,

technology and manufacturing facilities. It is

part of Dunham-Bush educational program

with universities and technical institutions.

Dunham-Bush Service

Training 2017

On 2-6th Oct 2017, Dunham-Bush

has conducted its Annual Service

Training at its factory in Kajang,

Malaysia. The annual service

training was attended by more than 30 participants from 12

countries. The annual service training objective is to enhance the

service & technical knowledge of dealers, distributors and owners

on Dunham-Bush chiller products. Training was done in classroom

as well as in the factory production line.
