All the Aerotech® models are available in Plus versions with an integrated Faceplate grille.

The Faceplate is a patent-ed grille that prevents the machining chips from en-tering and jamming the Aer-otech®; it also acts as a de-fensive shield, protecting the Aerotech® from accidental damage.

That's why it's highly rec-ommended in particular for all those machining opera-tions that produce chips.It can't be used with pro-filed tools.

Aerotech® System E guarantees excel-lent axial and radial accuracy, thanks to the use of specific tools with an integrat-ed HSK20E cone.

This characteristic makes the tools lighter, faster and more robust com-pared with the traditional ones, and also reduces the risk of mounting errors by the operator.Available in a version with Ø95 and Ø105.

Aerotech® Hydro combines optimum suction power with a hydraulic tool clamping system that's easy to use.

Ideal for machining operations that call for top quality at high speeds, Aerotech® Hydro is compatible with all straight shank tools with a maximum diameter of 25mm.Available in the Hydro 95 (with Ø95) and Hydro 105 (with Ø105) versions.

Aerotech®, used with a Ø14mm rout-er bit on an MDF panel with a thickness of 18mm, on 3 work shifts (220 produc-tion days) – removes 8.4 tonnes of dust, avoiding the use of compressed air and vacuum cleaners.

Machining dust can cause breathing dif-ficulties and other serious health prob-lems, some of which may only appear many years later.

Did you know...Ministries of the Environment all over the world have underlined that formal-dehyde emissions from MDF consti-tute one of the main risks for workers' health in the woodworking industry.

For this reason, it is recommended that operators be exposed to the lowest pos-sible quantities of dust.
