Dust-free sanding might be new to you, but not Mirka. Mirka’s industrial dust extractor is designed with variable suction settings and automatic electric start that allows users to focus more on the job, not getting their system to work.

Mirka ‘NET’ products eliminate the frustrating problem of dust clogging the abrasive and creating pills which cause defects in the sanding surface, because no dust particle is more than 0.5mm from a dust extraction hole. Therefore, the ‘NET’ product retains its original aggressive sanding performance for far longer resulting in fewer abrasives being needed for a given job.

Mirka’s innovation goes beyond abrasives. The Mirka® DEROS is the first electric random orbital sander on the market to features a brushless DC motor with comparble power to a pneumatic sander, and only weighs 2.2lbs.
