This is the material that the SEC says was always available to Dvorak, but the

prosecutors in the criminal case cannot attest that they have even seen all of what the SEC

has. 2

This of course goes to the SECs discovery being available to Dvorak, perhaps if

you are rich, or get it in the criminal case.
