9. WORK SHALL BE SCHEDULED AND IMPLEMENTED SUCH THAT THE CONSTRUCTION WORK SHALL NOT IMPEDEANY TREATMENT PROCESS AND CREATE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR PLANT OPERATIONS. THE CONTRACTORSHALL PLAN AND SCHEDULE THE WORK TO MEET THE PLANT OPERATING REQUIREMENTS. THE CONTRACTORSHALL KEEP THE PLANT SUPERVISOR AND THE ENGINEER INFORMED OF ANY WORK THAT WILL INTERFERE WITHTHE OPERATION OF THE TREATMENT PLANT UNITS. TREATMENT PLANT UNIT OR EQUIPMENT SHUT DOWNSSHALL BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE WITH THE PLANT SUPERVISOR.
