According to the Party City's construction manager, and their area manager,
this store deliver was the cleanest delivery with the fewest punch list items
they can ever remember being associated with. Sports Authority gave the
exact same glowing report two weeks ago. It has been a pleasure to work with the overall team on this project. Record completion for the Shops at Bella Terra Sports Authority. You

Don McGill Toyota: I have built and rebuilt several stores over the last 3 or 4
decades and therefore have had the pleasure and pain of dealing with everything
that comes along with the responsibility. Unquestionably the best experience has
been a $20m rebuild of the Don McGill Houston store. Believe me I was not
looking forward to constructing all new buildings while we remained open, a real
challenge. Bruce Casares and the DYAD crew fulfilled their sales pitch and then
some. Very trustworthy and capable people. I am starting Image II at the Katy
location and did not even bother with putting it out for bid. I have never once
recommended a construction company in the past but after this last experience I
would not hesitate in recommending that you at least have a meeting with Bruce
and Rick and get some advice. In my opinion their product is as reliable as ours.
This has been a difficult contract in that we have remained open for business
during the construction process. Demolition of all buildings and reconstruction
required considerable cooperation of the contractor for parking and traffic flow.
This contractor's diligence and conscience were recognized throughout the
process which certainly required a team effort. Without question, this has been a
pleasant and professional relationship.

Timber Creek Elementary School (New K-6): Bruce, I want to express my
thanks to you and Dyad Construction for the wonderful work at Timber Creek
Elementary School. Dyad was a new contractor to Tomball ISD, but the team of
Steve Casares and yourself has made a great impression on Tomball ISD. We

Bammel Replacement Elementary School: Hey everyone, I wish I had a
hundred Mil right now, I'd keep you all busy for quite a while. There were some
considerable challenges on this project and you all took them in stride and

Constructors has built three projects for me over the last six years. I would use
them whenever possible. Every project team I have worked with has been very
professional, effective and accommodating.
The first project was a ten million dollar Performing Arts Center for our Westfield
High School. This project was completed on time, within budget and was
constructed to exacting standards of quality.
The second was a ten million dollar elementary school. This project was
completed on time and within budget overcoming many obstacles due to the
delay of utilities by the developer.
The third is probably our most ambitious project to date. It is a thirty-three
million dollar Career and Technology Academy. The completion date for this
project is December of 2006. Dyad is completing enough of this facility this
summer that we will be able to open for the fall 2006 semester! Some of our
students will be in portables but should be in their permanent classrooms by
September. By their hard work and commitment to help us we will open this
facility one full year ahead of what was anticipated. June, 2006

Massey Ranch Elementary, Berry Miller Junior High, Rogers Middle
School, PACE Institute, Silvercrest Elementary, Pearland 9/10 High
School, and Pearland Oiler Stadium: A common objective is to work towards
closing out a project as soon as possible. Dyad has met or surpassed this

Caney Creek High School Additions and Renovations: It was a remarkably
smooth process considering we were remodeling our school during the school
year. Dyad's foremen were always courteous and sensitive to our needs. The
