§ "Prussian Blue“ is used as the catalyst with polymer immobilization of the organic enzyme;
§ “Prussian Blue” is nanostructred on the electrode surface, which greatly improves the biosensor sensitivity and selectivity;
§ Mechatronic, microfluidic design of the sweat collector with micropumps analysis and wireless data transmission to a smartphone;

Biosensor structure:
1. An electrode consisting of layers of silver, graphite and insulator is coated with a layer of Prussian Blue using the nanostructuring method.
2. The Prussian Blue layer is covered with a thin layer of true polymer solution with enzyme molecules and as a result we get a homegenous nanopolymer membrane which is less than 100 nm thick.
3. Enzyme molecule diameter is about 7 nm, substrate molecules - 0,8 nm.
