WELCOME AT DE ZWARTE DOOSDe Zwarte Doos is the perfect location for meetings, lunch appointments, presentations, group dinners and drinks. We also have a theater room and various meeting rooms.

This folder shows an overview of our catering assortment. We would like to emphasize that this brochure is all about inspiration. We are happy to think along with you and your wishes.

We also have a permanent catering concept on the first floor of the imposing Atlas building: The University Club and we provide Vermaat Campus Catering at more than twenty locations on the TU/e grounds. More information about these locations can be found in our separate webshops.

De Zwarte Doos Catering, due to the excellent quality of the products, our flexibility and good service, is the right choice to take care of your meeting or event. Are you looking for just that little extra to make your event an unforgettable experience for you and your guests? Then De Zwarte Doos Catering is the right choice for you.

OrderingWe prefer that your orders are done via Oracle - iProcurement. These orders must be reserved at least one working day in advance before 12 noon. If your order concerns customised catering, please contact us by phone or e-mail. We will then send you a customised quote. We suggest that you request a personalised quote at least five working days in advance; we will then have sufficient time to prepare a suitable quote for you.

We are also happy to help you with a last-minute request. Please contact us by phone so that we can arrange this for you properly.

CancellationsTo cancel orders already placed in Oracle - iProcurement free of charge, your order must be registered as cancelled one working day before execution before 12 noon. If this is not the case, then 100% of the quoted amount is payable.

Customized orders that have already been placed can be cancelled free of charge up to five days before the event. Cancellations hereafter or on the day itself will be 100% payable. The number of guests may be reduced free of charge up to one working day before the event (BEFORE 12 NOON), with a maximum of minus 10%.

PricesAll mentioned prices are per person unless otherwise indicated. These prices include VATand staff expenses. We charge 7.50 for delivery or pick-up at your location. We aim to have your order ready or deliver it fifteen minutes before your requested time.

Dietary requirements and/or allergiesTell us! Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have about dietary requirements orfood allergies. We are happy to provide a vegetarian, organic, or gluten-free alternative.
