The Following technical Points to be agreed by vendor Clause by Clause.

DG SET & AMF PANEL

1. O&M & Erection manual -6 sets

2. As built Drawings -6 sets3. Degree of protection IP55

4. Incomer shall have fault breaking capacity of 50kA for one second also shall be locable in

OFF position from outside panel.

5. Busbars shall be tinned copper insulated with RYB color identification for respective

phases. Also shall be designed for system fault current of 50kA for one second.

6. All switchgear used shall be of finger touch proof design.

7. Power connections for incoming and outgoing cables shall be made available with bus

bar type connectors. Control and power terminals shall be mounted separately. Phasebarriers shall be used for 3 pahses.

8. Control voltage shall be 110 V AC derived through a separate step down transformer

with secondary winding centre tap earthed through link. By this the secondary voltage

shall be 55 0 55 V AC.

9. ELCBs of 30 mA sensitivity shall be provided in both control and metering circuits.

10.Primary windings of Metering and control transformers shall be connected to main

power bus through suitable MPCB rating with 50 kA 1 sec.

11.Shrouding :

a) All incoming and outgoing power cable terminations shall be shrouded to avoidcontact with live terminals.

b) All incoming terminals of the MCCBs shall be shrouded.

c) All metering land indication ive terminals shall be shrouded.

d) All control, metering transformers both primary and secondary and input/output

chokes live terminals shall be shrouded.

e) Any other exposed live bus bars shall be suitably insulated or shrouded.

f) All terminals and terminations shall be shrouded.

12.All the components used shall be as per the ITC approved vendors list given below.

13.Colour of the panel shall be shade no. RAL7032.

14.Voltmeter / indication should be through PT with MPCB protection on primary side with

ELCB/MCB on secondary side

15.Only semiconductor fuses are allowed

16.Aluminium busbars to be provided and earth busbar (50 x 6) shall be copper.

17.Colour sleeving including DC busbars

18.FRLS control wiring to be provided

19.Ambient temperature should be 50 Deg C.

20.Hygrostat (Rittal make) to be provided

21.Philps make CFL to be used

22.Incomer shall be MCCB

23.Control wiring shall be 110V ac (55-0-55) transformer protection should be MPCB &MCB on primary and secondary side respectively.

24.Door mounted components should have shrouded terminals.

25.All live bus bars chambers shall be displayed with danger stickers and live bus bar

symbols.

26.All meters shall be analog type only.

27. Indication lamps shall be LED cluster type.

28.All digital input / output contactors and auxiliary contactors shall be size 0.

29.Panel illumination shall be with 230 V AC, 11 W CFL lamp operated through door

mounted limit switch.

30. Internal GAs with components mounting of each vertical shall be submitted along with

drawings approvals.

31.External padlocking for all hinged doors.

32. IO mapping details shall be furnished during detail Engineering.

33.Testing & commissioning at site: Free of cost for 2 visits. Food & Accomodation by EGB

34.Space heater to be of Rittal make.
