the problem. There are nevertheless increasing indica-

discuss t he problem with representatives of the Committee

unacceptable to this Government and to the other Govern
menta repreaented on the Committee, In any evont it
seems improbable that the Gersnnn Government t:lll tlake

Government may relax its persecution sufficiently to
