ORDERING GLASS & DOOR COMPLETE

A= Door Opening + 39mm (allows for 10mm floor gap)

B = Door width + 30mm

Bl= Door width+ 60mm

C = Door Opening + 75mm

D = Handle centres as required

E = Max 500mm centres

Note: Allows for 10mm gap from the door to hard

surface. If onto carpet, deduct additional carpet

thickness.

In glass drawings allow for deductions at sides and

head as required for fitting into the channel.

1. Measure from bottom of rail to

finished floor level.

2. Subtract 24mm from height to

calculate the door height.

3. Measure width of opening and add

30mm or 60mm, depending if cover

is needed on one or two sides .

MEASURING DOOR AFTER RAIL

HAS BEEN INSTALLED

STEPS1 . Decide on door opening clear size and width.

2. The overlite size is the difference between door height

and roof, less deduction for into aluminium channel.

3. Holes for the rail are 75mm up from the bottom of the

overlite.

4. Side panels are as per C.
