Type in the Enterprise number of the company

Click on “Continue”

Click on “Click here to continue the submission of the CM29” if current information is correct.

Scroll down to “Appoint new” to add a Director

Appointment of a new DirectorComplete all the blank spaces.

Nature of change must be completed eg: New appointment and complete appointment date.

Click on Lodge CM29

Resignation of a Director.

Go to “Nature of change” and type in Resignation and the date on which the Director is resigning.

A Submission Receipt will be allocated for lodgment

Print Receipt for own records

Information is electronically updated on our system

Process completed

Click on “here to notify Data Restoration”

Select block under “Unknown”

Type in reason example: Director was supposed to resign already in the year 2000

Scroll down and click on “Notify Data Restoration”
