• Pave the way for a sustainable infrastructure:

• Promoting and expanding the Latin American Public Key Infrastructure

• Unifing Protocols and Procedures

• Consolidating the knowledge about Grid Operations in Latin America fostering the creation of Regional Operations Centres and the Latin American Grid Coordination Centre

• Main objective - The EELA-2 project Review

• Core Service Centre and Operator teams - Technical Meeting

• Ramp up the participation and effectiveness of the OOD teams

• work with NA1 in order to solve ‘commitment issue’

Plan of actions for the next semester

• Main objective - Production Quality Infrastructure

• extend the application babysitting programme

• try to strengthen relations with EGEE (and other grid projects) and review EELA-2 internal protocols and procedures

• try to extend the base of knowledge and train new SA1 replacements

• review (as a relying partners) EELA-2 related Certification Authorities

• increase the work done with NA2, NA3, SA2 and JRA1 (left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing)
