SMART MATERIALS How I made it First I planned out the circuit including the components, then using the conductive thread, I wrapped some thread around one end of the battery holder then start sewing to the first press stud. Tools used Piece of fabric 2 sets of press studs Needle Pliers Embroidery scissors Battery Holder Cell battery Red LED Colour Changing LED Resistor Conducting thread Important Thoughts When sewing the circuit make sure you finish the thread and start again with new thread. Make sure you join the components up with the connective thread. Make sure you have the polarity of the LED’s the right way round.
