PLEASE NOTE:Time is of the essence forhelping the dogs featuredin the e-WOOF newslet-ters. Please contact thename/numbers for eachdog before contacting

    e-WOOF.

In most cases, time is lim-

ited for the dogs featuredin our newsletters--with

that in mind, we try to getthe word out to as manycontacts as we can usingthis publication. Work onbehalf of the animals fornding them homes and/or rescues comes from

many, many sources and isan ONGOINGeffort dealtwith a sense of urgency. In some cases there maybe times when a suddenadoption and/or rescue

comes through at the exacttime our newsletter is is-ued. This is an unforeseencircumstance on our part---while we certainly under-stand the crossover maycause frustrations for you

as the prospective adopterof an animal we hope youjoin us in rejoicing for an

    animal being saved.

We appreciate and thankyou for your continued

    support

sible. These are very lazy and loving girls. They are currently in foster care but their time is abouup with the family. They will be spayed on Feb 10th and brought up to date on vaccinations.

    3. LIBBY is a Heinz 57 variety, approximately 2 yearsold. She was picked up as a stray in Glenrock. Libby isa lovey, kissy little girl who LOVES people. She ieager to please and loves attention. Shes a great snugler but also loves to wrestle with other dogs. Honly negative trait is she can scale a 6-foot fence withease. Any potential adopter will have to get creative wit

keeping her in the yard. She has been known to jump afence when owners have left the house or if she cannotget inside when she wants to do so. She is spayed andUPD on vaccinations.

    3. JEDIis a Miniature Australian Shepherd/Heeler mix, ap-proximately 2 years old. Jedi is small (30 lbs) He is full ofcharacter and likes to play tug, play with toys, and atta

your feet as you walk. He has eyes of two different colors, buunlike some people may imagine this does not affect his visionat all, just adds to his character. Jedi does NOT particularly likmen, however, and will need to go to a home with no men or wia very understanding man. He would do best in a home withouchildren. Jedi is ne with cats and likes to play with them. He isgood with most dogs, but would do best with other dogs that likto play and rough house. Jedi likes to play and hike, but isnot hyper or overactive. Jedi is neutered and current

    vaccinations.

    4. MONTANAis aHeinz 57 mix, 4 years old. He is a greatdog who is very mellow when its time to be mellow, but

loves to run when its time to get out and run. He lovesto chase birds and butteries. He is also inclined to escape fromfences so needs a home that is committed to working with himand using a leash as necessary. He does not like loud noises, sohe will need to be inside when the reworks go off. Montana issocial and has likes everyone he meets. His personality issimilar to that of a golden retriever. He would probably be best in

    a home without cats.

    5. TY is a senior AustralianShepherd, approximately 8 years old. Ty is a pretty red tricolor

who has been passed over due to his age. He is a sweetheart-

-he loves to cuddle and does great on off-leash hikesin the country. Ty really enjoys life. Hehas an issue withmarking indoors, but with a structured home we believe that

would improve. He is crate-trained. Ty would do best in a homewithout cats. He loves men, women, and kids--he likespeople!

    6. ACEis an Australian Shepherd/mix who turns 1 year old onJanuary 25th.All he wants for his birthday is a home. Hehas had some rough luck. He was born a stray and taken to theshelter at 1 day old. He got a slot in rescue and even got a home

but due to the adopters allergies could not stay. He then wentto a friend who moved into an apartment but could not keephim. So, now Ace is back in rescue waiting for the rightpeople. He is an active happy puppy. He does well onhikes, is smart, and would love to go to some classes

    with his new person!
