1. Install Breaker Cover Plate (item 1) to front of circuit breaker using two 10-32 screws and #10 lockwashers (items 2 and 3).

2. Place Locking Bracket (item 5) onto Handle Extension (item 6).

3. Start the ¼ -20 x 5/8 Screw (item 7) and ¼” Flat Washer (item 8) into the Locking Bracket so that a few threads engage.

4. Install the Handle Extension and Locking Bracket on the circuit breaker handle and tighten the ¼ -20 x 5/8 screws.
