We've got 9 Award categories, with 7 open to the public for nominations. We need your help to make sure we hear about the projects that are making a real difference.

We’re looking for lots of great initiatives that might fit into some of the following areas: Youth-led businesses, projects or ventures that are taking shape while participants balance their pursuits with studies at school.

Exciting initiatives that have just launched and are already making a positive impact, but may need more support to take it to the next level.

Projects that are making a difference in their local community, especially in regional and rural areas.

Businesses that have proven potential to grow, showed impact in their industry, and have raised a profit or another kind of result.

A group of young people operating a venture or initiative with a strong foundation and ability to drive change.

New Award! We’re on the lookout for Australian businesses, organisations and educational institutions (including universities and schools) that are leading the way in innovative youth-engagement practices to embed enterprise and entrepreneurial skills education.

WHAT’S ON OFFER?

There's thousands of dollars in seed funding up for grabs. Each finalist will be flown to Melbourne for the Awards ceremony where winners will be announced, awarded, congratulated and high-fived.

Flights and accommodation will be covered by FYA for all finalists. Plus winners will score an invite to an exclusive day of activities with FYA on the day after the ceremony.

HOW TO NOMINATE

Nominate others: Vote for the excellent work that you’ve seen other young people do. Make sure you get as much information as possible to make their application pop!

Nominate your own project: We know you’re all humble, but sometimes you gotta back yourself and showcase the excellent work you and your mates are doing!
