Continuous Quality Improvement Plans (CQIP)
Continuous Quality Improvement Plan (CQIP) is a required form when submitting your QRIS application.
A Continuous Quality Improvement Plan will define your program’s areas of strength and areas for potential growth.

Level 1 Self-Assessment Checklist and Agreement
The Level 1 Self-Assessment and Checklist confirms that programs meet the requirements of EEC licensing, or have a Continuous Quality Improvement
Plan in place to meet EEC licensing requirements.
Early education programs operating in public school settings that serve infants, toddlers and/or preschool children, and are not licensed by EEC, must
complete and submit this document to EEC to be granted Level 1.
