Earn Your Way to Convention: DETAILS• Get a new Retail or Preferred Customer with purchase of 45 BV or more - New customer must be enrolled between March 1 and May 31 with an initial purchase of $44.95 or more excluding tax and shipping. Points are awarded to thesponsor.

• Preferred Customer renewals - Each month you can accumulate a maximum of 1,000 points from either existing ornew Smart Subscribe Preferred Customer renewal orders of 45 BV or more.

• Sign up a new Consultant on a Starter Pak - Enroll a new Consultant or upgrade an existing customer to a Consultant during the incentive period. The Consultant must purchase a Starter Pak at the time of sign-up/upgrade to count for points. Points are awarded to the sponsor.

• Help a frontline Consultant promote to Senior Consultant - When you mentor any new or existing frontline Consultant and help them achieve Senior Consultant, you will receive points for mentoring they will receive points for promoting.

• Requalify at your highest achieved rank - If you are a Senior Consultant or above on March 1, you are eligible to earn points in this category. Each month you will be measured to see if you requalify at the rank you were at the end of the previous month. For example, Executive Consultants would need 30,000 QGBV to requalify.

• Personally promote to Senior Consultant to Ambassador - During the incentive period when you personally promote to a new rank from Senior Consultant to Ambassador, you will be awarded promotion points. If a Consultant reaches multiple promotions during the incentive period, they will receive promotion points for each.

• Must be registered and present at the event to receive five entries into General Session Raffle. All prizes listed here will be available for pick up by achiever at Zurvita 2020 Chicago National Convention at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel. (Includes $25 Zurvita Gift Card, $60 Lunch Voucher, National Convention VIP Swag Bag)• 1 FREE National Convention Ticket: The achiever will receive one free National Convention Ticket under their name. If achiever already has a ticket, they are able to transfer it. The achiever is able to update the ticket to be under a guest’s name if preferred.• $400 Travel Voucher: $400 will be added to the achiever’s commission run prior to the event, which can be used towards National Convention 2020 travel at the achiever’s discretion. Achiever must be registered for the event.• Backstage Special Toast & Professional Headshot: Exclusive backstage access; includes a toast with special guests. Achievers will receive additional details upon qualification. • “A Night in Downtown Chicago” Dinner: This exclusive event is for one achiever only; however, depending on event capacity a buy-in option might become available. If achiever also reached the Plus One Pak prize, they will automatically be able to bring a guest to the event. Zurvita will provide group transportation to and from the event. Details will be sent to achievers closer to the event. • Free 2-Night Stay at Hotel Reservation at Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel: Zurvita recommends achievers have a hotel reservation booked at the host hotel in advance to ensure availability. Zurvita is not responsible for hotel not having a room or certain room types: Room provided will be standard room. Zurvita will cover achiever’s room and tax charges upon finalization of winners. If achiever needs their hotel room booked, Zurvita will reserve based upon availability. Achievers are responsible for their incidentals and any additional nights beyond the two nights earned. This prize does not have a cash option and is nontransferable, even if hotel is at capacity.• Plus One Pak: It includes an additional $400 Travel Voucher, National Convention Ticket, VIP Swag Bag, $60 Lunch Voucher, $25 Zurvita Gift Card, Backstage Special Toast and Professional Headshot, attendance to the Night in Downtown Chicago, and 5 Entries to General Session Raffle for a guest. Consultant’s guest information must be registered and prizes must be redeemed by June 15, 2020 by emailing events@zurvita.com.• Prizes are non-transferable, there is no cash alternative. All prizes must be picked up or redeemed at event by achiever—prize is forfeited if not picked up at event.

Consultants who fabricate accounts or place orders under fabricated accounts will be suspended from Zurvita without payment of commissions. Zurvita Holdings, Inc. at its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify a Consultant from the program if the Consultant is paying for orders to qualify for points. IP addresses, shipping addresses, billing addresses and credit cards will be tracked to prevent fraud. Refunded orders will results in negative TBV, BV and related points for the incentive will be removed. The Plus One Pak guest may not be an Independent Consultant in Zurvita. The only exception to this rule is in the case they are a spouse or immediate family member.
