Pirate Day

On Friday 9th June, students were encouraged to come to school dressed as a pirate to show their support for Pirate Day.

Pirate Day Friday is an annual national event created to generate awareness and much needed funds for the research of and prevention of childhood cancer.

We were very fortunate to have Chloe Clements address the school at our assembly last week. Chloe delivered an inspirational speech and detailed her own personal experience with cancer.

Thank you to all our community for their support of this worthy cause. Through your generosity we managed to raise $500.00
