1. I come to the garden alone while the dew is still on the roses, and the voice I hear falling on my ear the Son of God discloses. Refrain: And he walks with me, and he talks with me, and he tells me I am his own; and the joy we share as we tarry there, none other has ever known. 2. He speaks, and the sound of his voice, is so sweet the birds hush their singing, and the melody that he gave to me within my heart is ringing. (Refrain) 3. I’d stay in the garden with him though the night around me be falling, but he bids me go; thru the voice of woe his voice to me is calling. (Refrain)

AAAAFFIRMATIONSFFIRMATIONSFFIRMATIONSFFIRMATIONS OFOFOFOF FFFFAITHAITHAITHAITH “The Apostles’ Creed” #882

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead. On the third day, he rose again; he ascended into heaven, is seated at the right hand of the Father, and will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting. Amen.

HHHHYMNYMNYMNYMN “Thine Be the Glory” #308

1. Thine be the glory, risen, conquering Son; endless is the victory thou o'er death hast won. Angels in bright raiment rolled the stone away, kept the folded grave clothes where thy body lay. Thine be the glory, risen, conquering Son; endless is the victory thou o'er death hast won. 2. Lo! Jesus meets thee, risen from the tomb; lovingly he greets thee, scatters fear and gloom. Let the church with gladness hymns of triumph sing, for our Lord now liveth; death hath lost its sting. Thine be the glory, risen, conquering Son; endless is the victory thou o'er death hast won. 3. No more we doubt thee, glorious Prince of life! Life is naught without thee; aid us in our strife. Make us more than conquerors, through thy deathless love; bring us safe through Jordan to thy home above. Thine be the glory, risen, conquering Son; endless is the victory thou o'er death hast won.

Cornerstone Community KitchenCornerstone Community KitchenCornerstone Community KitchenCornerstone Community Kitchen ClosedClosedClosedClosed Some 30 guests came to the door of our church last week and received a gracious supply of food. Lucy’s Market returned as a donor and brought individual containers of their delicious pasta to add to the offerings. While this sounds like good news, and certainly we accomplished our mission for the night, it was done with strain, anxiety and some fear of the “unknown enemy”. Our plan, as discussed at a recent Board meeting, was to continue next week in this abbreviated mode. However, given that conditions are literally changing minute to

minute, the Cornerstone Board of Directors has sadly decided to temporarily close our services until further notice.
