EASTER SUNDAY OF THE RESURRECTION OF THE LORD - APRIL 1, 2018
PRAYER INTENTIONS/VISITS/ANOINTINGS - You can request prayer intentions for those who are sick, those admitted to the hospital or wanting an anointing or just a visit and we will pray for them at our daily and weekend Masses. To make a request please contact Father Lukee or Cheryl, call the parish office at 863-6113 or 845-5180 or drop a note in collection basket at any of our parishes. Please note that even when requested, hospitals do not always contact the parish and if they do it is still the responsibility of a family member to give us permission to mention their name in our prayer requests. Also, please let us know when prayer requests are no longer needed.
WEDDINGS - If you are planning a wedding, please call the parish office to set up an appointment with Father Lukee. You need to meet with Father to set a date. Arrangements should be made at least six months in advance.
BAPTISMS - If this is your first child you are required to attend a Baptismal Preparation Class. If you have other children and it has been more than two years since you attended a class, you will need to attend class again. Watch bulletin for date of next class. Baptisms can be scheduled ANY Saturday at St. Kilian or Sunday at St. Thomas or St. Joseph. Call Cheryl Maricque at 217-8164 for further information.

2018 BISHOP’S APPEAL
Easter People
We have just lived the sacred Triduum and celebrated the
Lord’s Resurrection. Over this last week, we were reminded
about how Jesus calls us all to be His disciples. Through the
good works of the Bishop’s Appeal, we are able to follow
Jesus by sharing our faith.
Giving a gift to the Bishop’s Appeal during the six weeks
of this Easter Season would be a wonderful way to continue
to follow in the footsteps of our risen Christ. If you have not
yet made your gift to the Bishop’s Appeal, please consider
the joy you could bring to the lives of others now and
throughout the year.
Bishop’s Appeal forms are available at your parish.

REFLECT ON GOD’S GIFTS
IN OUR LIVES
NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE....or what you do - no matter how
meaningless you consider your life’s work - you can achieve
greatness in the eyes of God by doing your work to the best of
your ability and offering it up to him.
Life is something God has given us to take care of. We may
use our talent or ability to achieve material goods, but these are
gifts from God to begin with.
It is clear that we must give of what we are, as well as what
we have. This means cultivating an attitude of generous giving
and getting into the habit of thinking of others.
