Ingredients:Four ripe (smashed) bananas.5 table spoon melted butter200 grams sugar1 egg1 spoon baking soda250 grams. Flour

Mix butter, mashed bananas, sugar, egg, soda using mixer.

Then Mix it with spoon

Preheat the oven to 175 deg. C.Butter the baking pan

(Sprinkle icing sugar and cinnamon over the butter to make the cake crispy)

Pour the mixture into buttered baking pan.

Bake it for 45 minutes.

Decorate it with icing which we make with icing sugar and lemon (We avoid butter to keep this recipe as healthy as possible but you can add butter if you are in a mood to spoil yourself.Garnish the cake by sprinkling lemon zest on the top of the icing.

Cake is Ready

Serve it with Herbal Tea, lemon Slice & Tomato garnished with Mint
