    • 4. 2 2/3 cups couscous (about 1 lb)

    • 6. 1/4 cup sugar or honey

    • 10. 2 cups hot milk

    • Place couscous in large bowl. Bring 2 2/3 cups water, 1/2 cup sugar and oil to boil in large saucepan stirring to dissolve sugar. Pour the mixture over couscous and stir until well blended. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with fork. Mix in nuts and dates. Transfer couscous to 139x2-inch baking dish. Cool and cover with foil. Serves 8.
    • 13. Preheat oven to 350F. Bake couscous for about 20 minutes or until heated through. Spoon into bowls. Serve, passing hot milk and additional sugar separately.
