Peruvian food is a trip by itself; from the prodigious sea where seafood is giving,
passing through the Andes with the most variety ingredients, finally, there is the
Amazon who gives the exotic touch that makes Peruvian food naturally and
mysterious.
Peruvian food is considered for lots of people as the best of the world. It’s a fortunate
combination of flavors from cultures not only distant in the space, but also far from
each other because of their values and customs. A combination of culinary arts that,
supported with “the immense variety of ingredients, as natives as from other
latitudes, which exists in Peruvian lands, allowed the evolution of a diverse culinary,
in which coexist, regional traditions and a permanent reinvention of dishes”
The richness of ingredients explains largely the harmony in the creation of the
dishes and the dynamics that make the Peruvian food the most delicious of
planet. Its main sources are:
• Inca food, cultural expression of one of the most developed pre-Columbian
Empires.
• Spanish food “influenced by 762 years of moors presence in the Iberian
peninsula”. Brought by conquerors and colonizers, it’s considered, along with the
language, the most valued legacy of our mother land.
SWITZERLAND
Switzerland is known as The Land ofthe Alps that offers the mostbreathtaking views of the panoramic.The spectacular mountains, dazzlingsnow fields, parks and flowers, crystalclear lakes, elegant hotels, comfortabletrains and friendly people. Though it issmall, It´s one of the richest countriesin the world.
There are plenty if Switzerland touristattractions that you should see, visitingand enjoying, as:The Heidi prairies called also Heidilandare located in eastern Switzerland, it´snamed after the story of Heidi byJohanna Spyri writer and known world-wide. In Heidiland, there is skiing andhiking, spa, golf and an oasis ofwellness.

Shopping and Languages: There aren´t Euros, but Swiss Francs (CHF). You should make an estimate of what you would spend on Swiss Francs to avoid using ATM. They´ll be charged commission, It´s better if you can pay with credit card because in that case they won’t charge you commission.
In Switzerland, there are few souvenirshops; there are a lot of little shops where they sell chocolates, postcards,
newspapers and sweets.The clocks or watches are world-
known, like also chocolates, cheesesand Swiss knives that you can find in
a souvenir shop or supermarket.

SWISS CUISINE
For the sweet tooth is the chocolate. An ingredient that isvery present in daily diet due to their high caloric intaketo help cope with the freezing temperatures during winter.The milk from the famous Swiss cows is really good tomix with the cocoa and if Belgium is synonymous withblack chocolate, Switzerland is the chocolate milk.Although it is a food native to America, in Switzerlandwas where it was first mixed with milk, getting a tasteand texture really delicious.
Fondue originated in the Jura mountain ranges and north ofthe Alps, on both sides of the Franco-Swiss border. Consistsof dipping with a skewer small pieces of food in hot liquidlike melted cheese, oil or chocolate in a small earthenwarepot or cast iron, common to all the guests and placed in thecenter of the table, the container Caquelon called typical orfondue for Spanish speakers. Diners are served using a metalskewer two or three points, with which it entered into thecheese slices of bread, chunks of meat in the oil, fruit orchocolate variant, creates an atmosphere of camaraderie.

In this country we find a variety of art, food, tourist attractions and everything you want for
your holiday. Transportation from one city to another is very simple, you can use the train. As

options: residence hall or floor. In any case, it is best that one or another are within the wall,
because otherwise you depend on buses and you miss the real life in Siena. The floors in Siena
are expensive and are conspicuous by their quality. Just don’t miss out!

Uruguay, though mixed with the musical style of Spanish and Lusitanian influence.
Italy has a lot of artists. Singers like Laura Pausini, Eros Ramazzotti in the Pop music
and Andrea Bocelli who has some pop songs but are mostly classical music. Also
Luciano Pavarotti, one of the most famous contemporary singers in the world of opera
as in many other musical genres.

pasta are the lasagna, spaghetti,

delicious fresh salsas and a good
portion of parmesan cheese. They
are experts in the manufacture of ice
cream and desserts like famous
tiramisu coffee.
MEXICO
MEXICO’S TOURISTIC PLACESMexico is the highest spender in Latin America, because this country has many opportunities
of touristic places. Mexico city is the most popular place for tourist in this country becausethere are any historic places like the Pyramid of the sun, Pyramid of the moon and otherplaces like the Mexico’s Plaza de Toros among others, besides this city is one of the biggercities on the world.
Among the more famous touristic places you know
to count Cancun and Acapulco. In Cancun you can
visit the “Riviera Maya”, this is a famous eco-park
where you can do many activities like swim, play
with dolphins, snorkel and a variety of nature
activities.
Finally we recommend you to visit Xcaret, this
once was an important Mayan port, this place is an
amazing natural reserve where you can soak up
the sun in a lagoon, float down a subterranean
river, explore a coral reef or swim with dolphins.
MEXICAN FOOD
However the Mexican dishes recognized internationally are tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas, burritos and tamales.
Mexico has different typical food, the north of Mexico is known for its beef, goat and ostrich.The Central Mexico is known for authentic dishes like barbacoa, pozole, menudo, tamalesand carnitas. Lastly on the Mexico’s southeastern the most popular food is spicy vegetableand chicken-based, in addition this region has a bit Caribbean influence so is popular thedishes “a la veracruzana”.
MUSIC
Internationally known mariachi is the whole, associated with
the great figures of the “Mexican Song” ranchera, which
had its flowering period between the 1940 and 1970. From
western Mexico, specifically the state of Jalisco, Mariachi
was originally folk ensemble and indigenous, and their
clothing had nothing to do with the charro (the suit of the
rich cattle ranchers).
CULTURAL CURIOSITY: MEXICO “ARBOL DEL TULE”
Mexico is the home of one of theoldest living trees in the world. The“Arbol del Tule” is more than 1600years old. It is located in thechurchgrounds in the town centerof Santa Maria del Tule in theMexican state of Oaxaca. The treeis occasionally nicknamed the“Tree of Life” from all the images ofanimals that are reputedly visible inthe tree’s gnarled trunk. As part ofan official project local schoolchildgive tourists a tour of the tree andshow all manners of creatures thatthe trunk features, includingjaguars and elephants.
