• Finished alignment tolerance testing with Rx board (S7911 and PDT-A85A30)
• Life is back in our Tx board- Solved problems and changed all
components as stated last week (replaced Rmod, lowered VCSEL…)
- Soldered new Tx board- Result: good open eyes (conn VCSEL)
• Thanks to group 1 for spec sheet on unconnectorized VCSEL, tips on alignment tolerance testing on Tx board, and loaning us a Rx board
• Need to trade unconn VCSEL for conn PD (if interested see us)
Progress:
• Continue Working on alignment tolerance testing on Tx board
• Focus on the final paper
