Thesis Proposal Instructions

• Please fill out the Thesis Proposal form and a final Plan of Study.

• Please turn in the first page of the Thesis Proposal form to your Graduate Program Coordinator

• Your Graduate Program Coordinator will follow up with you on the status of your committee form. Should your committee not be approved they will let you know what issues need to are addressed for you to resubmit

• Once approved coordinate with your committee for an appropriate date and time for your Thesis Proposal

• Print out the second page of the form and bring to your Thesis Proposal presentation and give to your committee.

• Once you have presented your committee will sign the form and state if you passed or not. One of your committee members will then drop off the signed form to your Graduate Coordinator.
