巴黎協定 Paris Agreement “巴黎協定”於2016年11月4日生效,並適用於香港特區。
The Paris Agreement entered into force on 4 November, 2016 and applies to the HKSAR.
加強全球應對氣候變化的威脅, 務求將與工業化前水平相比的全球平均溫度升幅控制在攝氏兩度之內。
It strengthens the global response to the threat of climate change by keeping global temperature rise well below 2 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels

Major Government buildings with electricity consumption
over 500 000 kWh in FY2014-15 account for about 90% of
total electricity consumption for all Government buildings.
