(A0, A1 or A3 ) 2.3 Check drawing title & number as per PPS ? 2.4 Check owner drawing number ? (If any) 2.5 Are you using the project drawing title format ? 2.6 Is the background from mechanical section latest ? Name of the source of information:- 2.7 Has all unnecessary details being removed from the background ? 2.8 Has the line work for the background been lightened ? (Only emphasise on electrical system) 2.9 Have you include the key plan ? (Vessel fwd arrow to be indicated) 2.10 Are you doing the standardise way of drawing presentation ? Is the cost code number added ? 2.11 Is vendor information available ? Have compile equipment data/specification and attach to this check list ? Have prepare a list of equipment information which is not available and attach to this check 3 ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT SELECTION 3.1 Have you check correct frequency, rated voltage and current (amp) used ? 3.2 Are the selected equipment suit the hazardous area requirements ? Is the explosion-proof equipment c/w approved classification body certificate ? 3.3 Are the selected equipment comply to that area ingress protection (IP) requirements ? 3.4 Are the selected equipment completely assembled ? 3.5 Are the selected equipment cable entry size suit this project cable/gland size ? 3.6 Have you check the material requirements, e.g. SS316, GRP & etc ? 3.7 Have you check the mounting type, e.g. surface, flush & etc ? Refer KFELS standard document for guidance & suitability 3.8 Is the indicating light colour scheme check ? 3.9 Ensure no double tier terminal block is being used. Maintenance difficulty in future. 4 PREPARING THE ARRANGEMENT & SCHEMATIC 4.1 Are all information presented clearly and legible ? (Lettering height 2.5mm minimum) 4.2 Are all outgoing cable tagging according to KFELS method ? 4.3 Is the panel (power) incoming cable tagged as per respective source drawing cable number? 4.4 Are all electrical equipment tagging according to KFELS method & also the same item number as in purchase specification document ? 4.5 Is the symbols and standardisation practise ? 4.6 Is the equipment name same as mechanical section ? 4.7 Are all consumer necessary data such as kilowatt and full load current incorporated ? 4.8 Is the consumer check for 1ph or 3ph power supply requirements ? 4.9 Is the convector heater unit prepare by mechanical section c/w built-in thermostat and power on/off switch ? 4.10 Is the steam heater blower prepare by mechanical section c/w remote manual starter ? If the manual starter require to be purchased by electrical section, get actual motor IFL da from vendor to size thermal unit. (Do not calculate using motor KW rating) 4.11 Is mechanical section inform of the distribution power panel location ? Are cables bottom entry ? 4.12 To indicate "PCM" in "Revision Column" of the drawing if PCM have been issued. Continue on page 2 FILE N
