THE PROCESS OF RECYCLING IN DAZHI

Step 1:Students have to wash used-bottles and containers beforethrowing them away.Step 2:If the trash is retort pouches or plastic bottles,

studentshave to flatten these containers. Step 3:Then students can throw them away into the different“recyclable” baskets.Step 4:At appointed time, students have to collect these

recyclablewastes to the dumping ground in rotation.

DAZHI RECYCLING VOLUNTEERS The Dazhi Recycling Volunteers are composed of the students in the junior

Department in Dazhi. They are all volunteers. Every Wednesday and Friday

afternoon, they help all the students in Dazhi (including juniors and seniors)

to do recycling. Each class will take their recycling to the dumping ground,

and then the volunteers will classify the recycling and put them in recycling

bags. Briefly, the volunteers collect all the recycling in our school, and help

People to tell the differences among each category. Although the work of

their job is very heavy and tiring, they still try very hard to help us, and

always having a big smile on their face. We admire their devotion very much.

THE AC USING IN DAZHIWe can only turn on the AC when the following conditions

happen:

1.After 8 a.m.

2.When the temperature is up to 28° Celsius.

After 4p.m. the power supply will be cut off, this means no matter how hot

The weather is, we can’t turn on the AC.

And when the power that the whole school consumes is over the quantity

that the school can offer, the school will cut off the AC power floor by

floor. This means that the AC will be turned off from the first floor and

then second and third because the top floor is always the hottest.

We use a card called “ Air Conditioner Card ’’ to turn the machine on .

BATTERIES AND DISCS CONTEST

The school holds batteries and disc contest twice per semester,

choosing the first three places. The class which collects the heaviest

used-batteries and used-discs will win the contest, getting a reward.

Every class participates in the contest with passion.

To our delight, our class, 202 , got the first price in the latest

contest .
