• Ecogel™ is a synergistic combination of polysaccharides and lysolecithin

• Lysolecithins are obtained from phospholipids via an enzymatic reaction.

Having only one lipophilic tail, lysolecithins allows Ecogel™ to emulsify small amount of oil phase, by stabilizingemulsions due to the creation of small oil droplets.
