We can see that the people who is less than 25 years old is the one ho has more unemployment rate,

in the other hand, people who are more than 55 years old is the one ho has less unemployment rate.

Finally the people who have between 25 and 54 years old have a little bit more unemployment rate

than the ones who have more than 55 years old.

Men

Women

As we can see, women have had more unemployment rate for a lots of years, but now, since, more

or less, 2009, the unemployment rate of the men has gone up. I think this is a symbol of equality

between men and women.

Page 6: Economia

Poland:

Unemployment rate in 2009 by age and sex:

As we can see, the unemployment rate is similar betwen men and women, but it is much more in

people who are less than 24 and specialy in men betwen 15 and 19 years old. In the other side, it is

very equilibrate in the ages betwen 25 and more than 55 years old.

Unemployment by sex:

We can see that the unemployment is very similar betwen men and women, and, like I have said

before, this is a symbol of equality. We can also see that at 2003 there was more unemployment but

it decended since 2008, and in 2009 it ascends other time.

1c) Grant awarded by the European Union to alleviate unemployment.

The European Union disbursed over 12 million in aid to the unemployed in Spain, Portugal and

Denmark. The measure provides allocate 2.7 million euros in aid for workers who lost employment

in the automotive sector in Catalonia, northeastern Spain.

The government announces that on Friday approved an extension of the subsidy of 420 € (426 € in

2010) for the unemployed who have exhausted unemployment and do not perceive any benefit to

the entry into force of the measure.

Congress approves the extension of PRODI, the subsidy of 426 € for the unemployed.

2a) What kind of industries stands out?

In Poland before the Second World War had sectors of coal, textiles, chemicals, machinery, iron

and steel. Today there are industrial activities for the production of manure, petrochemical, and

power tools, automatic, electronic goods, cars and buildings and ships.

Industry in Spain, like most countries is concentrated in the north and the south zone where

industries are concentrated in tourism from abroad, as well as agriculture.

North (Basque Country) are concentrated most heavy industries (derived from iron and steel),

occupying the north-east (Catalonia) focuses on the chemical and its derivatives (plastic etc.)... The

central area (Madrid) and east (Valencia) develop Catalonia with a wide range of processing

industries.

Its long coastline perimeter of our country are distributed the various factories that carry heavy

shipbuilding industry based in Bilbao (north), El Ferrol (northwest), Cadiz (south-Andalusia) and

the resulting oil industry located Tarragona (Catalonia), Cadiz and Huelva (south of Andalusia).

To conclude this brief presentation to mention the automobile industry where several factories have

been established with multinational companies like GM, Ford, VW, Renault, PSA, and the Japanese

Nissan and Suzuki, the latter being located in Andalusia, our community.

Around own automobile factories have installed many industry suppliers wizard, some American

origin which have factories in the province of Cadiz, in southern Andalusia, near in the Strait of

Gibraltar that separates Spain from Africa

3b) Deficit zero.

When we move from a phase with lower deficits in a period of equilibrium, when the government

admitted that the same money that you pay, this is called zero deficit. This phase of public

administration is prior to the completion of the surplus when revenues exceed expenses.

4. Renda per capita.

The “Renda per capita” income is the relationship between gross domestic product (GDP) of a

country and its many inhabitants. To achieve this, we divide the GDP of a country among this

population.

As in Spain and in England in 2009 and 2010 unemployment is well matched. Unemployment total

rises more in Spain than in England, men and women, too.
