Description- Main Idea
The Student Offline Communicator is an app that lets students and teachers in a specific school communicate between each other, without the need of internet connection.
Basically, the main aim is to help out students that have problems with connecting their devices to the internet, so they wouldn’t have trouble connecting with other students and teachers. Besides that, once installed, it can be used anywhere.
Description- Approach
Apps like this one usually need internet connection to work [which means that Wi-Fi(that has a certain limit to where it connects to the device) or a database plan (which costs money- not cheap) is needed.
This app is worth it because it can be downloaded for free, no internet connection is needed and charges vary from only £1.00 to £5.00 per year- depending on how much the app is used on the persons’ account
The money is to be paid to the school which will pay the company at the end of the year.

Location
• This app can be done at home, on our computers.• Later on, if all goes well, a proper building with the
proper computers and software, and labour workers will be made for more upgrades (One plan for a new upgrade would be that in the future there would be different types of hardware like mobile phones being made within the business) that will make this app more efficient to all types of different users.

Sales
• For illustration, we can show how the app works to other students on our phones. (Practically, it won’t be hard to use since it is similar to other online apps e.g. Viber, Facebook)
• Also, to raise the recommendation of the app, we could try to make an advertisement showing the use of the app and maybe we could also try using it ourselves first and show other people exactly how it works and what is does etc..

the software.Later on…• The money for the premises,
more employees, and software.
£300 because I would have to upgrade the software and renew the licence
£300 to buy the software and license.

SWOT Analysis
Strengths Weaknesses
Opportunities Threats
Not much local competition
Software to create the app costs a lot of money
Can be a very successful app since offline communication apps aren’t really cheap
Most teachers and students may not bother to use the app since most people don’t have problems with their devices connecting to the internet

Local Competition- Whatsapp
Although the student offline communicator works like whatsapp and one of the differences is that whatsapp needs internet connection and the student offline communicator doesn’t, their might still be some teachers and students that won’t bother to use the app since most people don’t have much trouble connecting to the internet.
Local Competition- Viber
Viber is very similar to whatsapp as well.
So although the student offline communicator works like viber and one of the differences is that what viber needs internet connection and the student offline communicator doesn’t, their might still be some teachers and students that won’t bother to use the app since most people don’t have much trouble connecting to the internet.
Local Competition – Normal Messaging/Phone Calls
This time normal messaging and phone calls are a bit different from viber and whatsapp because that have data charges. Although it is highly unlikely for people to prefer normal messaging / phone calls to the student offline communicator , there might still be people that won’t mind it and not bother to use this app.
