Our Team Mike Snyder - Chief Evangelizer
Mike has managed in the restaurant industry for 27 years. His diverse resume includes over 10
years operating as a Managing Partner for Chili's to the past 17 years in elevating roles in restau-
rant development. He has led in the areas of facilities, design, purchasing and architecture at
Brinker International and Corner Bakery Cafe. Serving as the Senior Director of Development and
Facilities for 7 years at Corner Bakery, the responsibility of leading all aspects in the creation of a
concept has challenged Mike to fully engage in uncovering the values of asset life cycle manage-
ment.
Jeannie Malone - Facilities Management Advocate
Jeannie brings over 30 years of construction and project management experience to the EcoTrak
team. She has worked in restaurant construction and facilities management for 19 years in ele-
vating roles from Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to Director of Facilities for Garden
Fresh Restaurant Corporation and Corner Bakery Cafe. Jeannie was an early adopter to restaurant
asset management and brings a wealth of knowledge to our customers.
David Bennett - CEO - Technical Wizard
As Lead Developer, David is the guy who makes it all happen on the technical side of things. He
has nearly 30 years in technology and construction business experience. He has worked as an
HVAC/R Technician in the field to an owner of many successful businesses in Internet of Things
(IOT) and construction. He heads up our support teams in Southern California and in our overseas
offices.
Erich Munzner - Service Provider Advocate
Erich has been in the HVAC/R Service industry in varying roles for nearly two decades. He is cur-
rently the President of EcoTech Refrigeration & HVAC, Inc. and a Managing Partner in Evolution
Mechanical, Inc. He brings a wealth of knowledge to support the service providers on the EcoTrak
FM platform to ensure that their needs are addressed and considered in all phases of develop-
ment and implementation.
