This letter is to inform you of the change of address of our storage and business facility. Our office has moved to 2700 International Parkway Suite 100 Virginia Beach, Virginia 23452. This move will. took place on October 15, 2006. Our equipment was transported by our technicians in compliance with our current daily transportation procedures. We would like to have the Chesapeake, Virginia office address deleted from paragraph 10 of our license. We have no recorded reports of leaks at this facility. Attached are our most recent leak tests for all sources.

In addition to the change of our address, we request that Troxler Model 4600 series gauges be added to section 9. This would list our authorized uses as Troxler Model 3400 series, Troxler model 4600 series and-CPN aterials testing gauges. We plan to purchase one Troxler 4640 series portable gauging devices that has been registered either with the NRC under 10 CFR 32.210 or greement state and have been distributed in accordance with an NRC or Agreement state specific license authorizing distribution to persons specifically authorized by NRC or Agreement state license to receive, possess, and use the devices, and use the devices, and for use incident to storage, measuring properties of materials, and redistribution to authorized licenses. \3OrlC'9 b-
