Implement a public-private partnership in electronic components and systems, bridging the gap between research and exploitation, aligning strategies to increase European and national investments, building an advanced ecosystem on manufacturing, design and system engineering to serve key markets addressing societal challenges.

Autonomous Union body implementing a JTI; eligible costs > 5B€

Members: - EU (represented through the Commission): H2020 contributions up to 1.17 B€

- ECSEL Participating States : envisaged contributions ~ 1.17 B€

- Private Members (Assoc. AENEAS, ARTEMIS-IA, EPoSS) >2.7 B€
