A Man Full of Wisdom asked me?Is there a prosthesis for a fractured soul?

Men does not live for himself alone, to make themselves happyWe must explore areas to make others happyWe do not live for ourselves aloneA person is not happy because he is truly happy

    truly my readers and likers…

i do not do Poetry for “applause but for a cause”, i do not do Poetry to” impress but to express”, my advocacy is to touch lives through Poetry.

Reaching to the bone marrows of every human beingThe natural goodness of man Poetry could heal a fractured soul Surely,Poetry is the prosthesis for a fractured soul.

    1. “ALAS DOSE”(Roselle Plant)

Roselle, like a damsel in distressGo unnoticed by those that passIn the scriptures, they call it “Rose of Sharon”What a beauty to behold, it needs attention.

Your taste is asking for troubleSo sour might ‘cause rubble,So rich in vitamins, especially “C” A relief to an unhealthy body.

Roselle be proud, that you are indigenous,Loaded with health benefits, people are amused…You’re the Pharaoh’s tea, this I will agree. The lilies of the fields and valley cry out with envy.

    2. “Be KIND To One Another”

Kindness has gone, we could no longer feel

It’s the missing factor, yes, do you agree?

Kindness is seldom shown any more

Show of kindness is just for glamour

    That is mostly man’s aim

    To gain praises and fame,

Kindness will heal this world for sure

If ye be kind to one another.

Can rain wash away some memories?Memories glued in my consciousness so deep

Deep is the joy and misery it brought to my fragile tender heartHeart that longs for someone I love

Love is a feeling so wonderful alwaysAlways making us giggle - hearts palpitating

Palpitating too when you are nervousNervous when words are not enough

Enough to convey the emotion you cannot containContain in your mind and vocal cord

Cord of happiness tie around your neckNecklaces of pearls and precious gems

Gems that are rare to find don’t let disappearDisappear in my thoughts I will not concedeConcede to leave me not and forget our loveLove, love will come to you no matter what.

    4. When We See the Clouds Form

How we love rainbows as it proudly spread itswatercolors shade in the face of the sky

Rainbow signaling no more uncertainties ofrain from the sky

The yellow sunlight that bathes our daylightand makes our clothes dry

Our mindset aside the clouds that bringsthe showers from the sky

Droplets of drizzles or thunderous dropsTis the form of clouds looming above

which we hate its dropsBut makes our water reservoir smileAnd our rivers dance mile after mile.

Which reminds us that God knows we need rainas much as we need the sun.

Let us thank God for the rainbow and theclouds in the sky

We need the sun and we need the rainGod made the sun rise and sends rain to

all walks of life.Rainbow reminds us of God’s promises that

    he will never send floods

Clouds remind us that God knows we need the rainTo bless us ever as His love is forever.“Next time we see clouds form it’s a reminder that

God’s knows your need for rain too”

    5. Completely utterly awestruck!

I celebrate with all my might

Dance and play with an instrument

    With castanets, viola, lyres, timbrels,

    cellos, bandurria, violins & cymbals

for i belong to the Pentasi B

A new found family loving Poetree

I could hear a mellow dic voice singing…,

“So they sprinkled moon dust in your hair of gold

and starlight in your eyes of blue”

Poets speak like angels in your dreams

Like fairies sprinkling wonders while we are sleeping

So thus the Pentasi B World Friendship Poetry

    Electrified by their ability

    Makes me completely utterly awestruck

Hundreds of thousands of poets & writers’ strike

Inscribing mystery in every single stroke

Blowing sweet kisses to the readers

Intermingling sweet caresses in every score

    Overwhelming from head to toes

How i love to soothe her while whispering

    a hymn on her ear

Kissing away the tears trickling down her lovely face

And peppered her lips with laughter

Whistling, seducing the wind to cool her

    Mesmerize by her feverish stare

Touching her silky smooth skin in a haste

Oh human, oh man,You are truly foolishBelieving you can escapeThe hard truth that life is like a mist“Dust in the wind”, so the song goes“All we are is dust in the wind”Like the weeds that dry under the scorching heat of the sun.

“Truly what is man that we are mindful of themThe sons that we care for them”Oh human oh manWhen will you understand that “man isCreated a little lower than the heavenly beingsAnd crowned him with glory and honorPutting everything under his feet”. Psalm 8:4-6

    8. Desires

Consumed by the burning desireof our own anxious cares“Like a deer that pants for water.”We lust for glory, wealth and power.Like King Nebuchadnezzarwho hankered to rule the Babylonians,The Desire for truth and vengeanceas mothers mourned for their slain sons. Some Desire nothing but to cut short their lifeBecause of disgrace, wallowing in the pit despondence. Some men Desire to roam the world like Jim RogersWho navigated the world in his motor bicycle.Others Desire to gain more knowledge in the timelessness of skies. They Desire to be the best and be at the top of Forbes lists.Like a love ~ struck teenager eyeing the man of her dreams.Ah, Desire will never be devoured by the fire!Desire will always make innuendoes that creep in themuted silence of our hearts. As men continue to desire the riches of here,

now and herein afterMay we desire not the glittering jewels,But be steadfast in wanting pristine affectionLike ribbons unfurling the sheen of each and every pearl.

    9. "Diamonds are Forever?"

Who is fascinated with diamonds?I heard ladies crying, “I do love diamonds.”Bedazzled with its luster and grandeur?Who does not dream to own such splendor?

Blue sapphire, red, garnet, ruby, and emeraldAquamarine, Onyx, pearls, and jadesBeautiful gemstones amethyst, topaz, turquoise, opal,Colorful dazzling, rare and unique as well.

Who fed us with such belief? That diamonds are man’s best friendWho counsels us that it should be worn by all women? That big crystal stone on the fourth finger of brides then?

I rather wear gold, platinumPalladium, titaniumAn alloy as its mixture formPrecious metals top with a precious gem.

Look at our beloved Princess of WalesShe got a blue sapphire from a Prince.

    Not a diamond ring.

    10. Do Not Withhold Good

Men borrow what they all have now

Mediocre people they just looked down

Less fortunate ones seek help to grow

Knocking on hearts trying to beckon

    Opportunities for them to bestow

    Strong willed, spirited nature

    Surviving life’s stormiest weather

They uphold and relentlessly climb up for success

Pulling down others for sure conquest.

They do not have the notion to share

    Taking everything for their welfare

“When it is in the power of your hands to do so

Do not withhold good from those whom it is due.”

The Words of the Alpha and the Omega

Remains true in spite of “negativism”

In our hearts, we plan our course

But the Creator establishes our resource.

No matter how good we are

No one can give us all the happiness

Nobody could meet all our needs

Nobody could buy all our wishes.

    But when we seek God

    We will never be disappointed

We will never feel empty handed

We will always have inner peace.

    Planning for bucket lists

Even merely portraying a fatherly image

To children who are the future of tomorrows

Needing a unique personality of a father to

Life is hard I exclaimed!Yeees!!! Life is hard my friend, they acclaimed!

A great battle within and amongst human beingIf it’s not, do you think our world needs healing?Man after sinningHis Creator stopped singingInstead of whippingHe began cursingThe man and woman hiding,God’s most wonderful creative beingNaked they started lyingThe vilest grinningOffender intimidatingThey began beggingThey started complainingTwisting everythingThe Armageddon comingEnd of times roaring

Human’s mind governed by the fleshBrings hostility and deathWhich is why we cannot pleaseThe Sovereign God who appease.

    17. Friends?

    I often trust people

Trust with all my heart in full

    Often welcome friends

    Old and new without restrained

    Friendship is being tested

    No good things I withheld

    The so-called friends betray

    The friendship I shared freely

    Venom words easily convey

The friendship is now marred with envy

    Our good or bad intentions

Reflects on us, reveal in season

Trouble making is not a good reason

    To build your name

    To gain your fame

    But destroy your friends’ adoration.

    Hearts are unfathomable

It has its own mind and soul

No one can really fathom a human heart

It does not listen, it cannot be controlled

It has a mind of its own

    Unmindful of whom

Hearts cannot be taught to love

It falls in love whomever it feels to love

    20. I am in LOVE

I am truly in LOVE with LOVE ITSELFDoes it begins in the mind or from our heartsLove will always find youBe it resolved or unresolved

God is love…so LOVE is GodFor God is the author of LOVEIndeed my religion is LOVE, I believe In LOVEI love my God…

We cannot truly loveWe cannot love the unlovableWe cannot love the one who does not love usWe cannot share the love if we do not feel loved.

If we do not have loveWe are nothingWe are compared to a “noisy cymbals”Noisy indeed, no weight… no bearing…

But if we have love in our heartsEven we don’t brag loveEven we do not speak a wordIt will manifest and overflow from our hearts.

LOVE will find its way for a heart that is full of loveYou can never embody it in your hearts.

No one can ever say they never have lovedThey do not know LOVEFor it is because of LOVE … and it is written “for God so lovethe world that God gave his only begotten son”

We can never fully negate the naked truth of this words… noone has ever requisite such as this...It is because of LOVE that we exist… even if we think thatwe are just being thrown into this messWithout our permission, without being asked,There is someone loving us, the original inventor who LOVEus that we were allowed to be part of this world

With the same purpose that is to LOVE and unfold that LOVE.

    21. I Didn’t Know

    What’s wrong with me?

    Why I am feeling low

When you left the room at an unholy

    I whispered, “I love you”

I gasped, “What is it that I uttered?”

I love him? Oh, I love him!

    How could it be?

He carried and lifted me above his head

I am not heavy that’s all he said

He put me on his lap

And then he said, “I am funny”

    Such a small creature,

    Everything small in me,

But not the world that separate me

To you who make my world go round every day.

It’s killing me to forget you my loveYour face already carvedTrying to Delete in my heartI am about to ArchiveAnd better Clear, empty all in my Recycle BinThis feeling that cannot be replacedBy the long years of not seeing each other.

I wish I could cut these hands, throw away my phones and laptopSo we will no longer be able to communicate with each otherThrough pages of Emails, Whats App, QQI, Messenger Skype, FB, Instagram, We Chat, IM,YM & Viber.

Then and only then maybe it’s possibleThat we will forget the love we have for each otherHowever sweet and beautiful our lovingBut you know our hearts screamingHow deeply we fell in love with each otherYou wish we are not too old when we meet again.

In our dreams, your mine and I’m yours all of the timeEven I love you so much, I will try to control these feelingsSo I could totally forget I met youWhat shall we do then?

    23. Is Life Fair?

Men carve lyrics sometimes hard to understandTo show off how intellectual they becomeFor people to adore, sing praises about themA know it all, airy and computer savvy.

Is it a grave mistake? That rich man and wealthiestLive above the level of mediocritiesCaprices are beyond our reachThe language of lawyers and executivesThose who went to exclusive universitiesThinking highly of themselvesSeemed they are needlessDifferent as well for those who just pretend they are wealthyOr it is being made this way.

Did God make a mistake? That life is not fairSome smirks, some really careOr this is real life, and we should bear…

    25. Let’s Bring Peace

Let’s bring peace! To a world of chaosThat destroys a human being. What does war do to us?What does war do to us!It destroys our camaraderie.Bring chaos to our world.

Destroying countries population by eliminationBringing disease from a nuclear breachWar breaks down and destroys tourist attractions. So let’s stop the war and chill

If we start bringing peace to our world. Many families will be complete,Many bits of help will be accompanied,And natures will be safe and complete.

So let’s bring peace to our world.Starting with you and me.

    Sometimes I am thinking

What shall thou write with my pen

What thou these fingers type then

What to scribble in my mind

When thousands of poetic intellectuals are out there

So full of powerful words and brilliant thoughts

Wilt thou ever finds enough good words to compose…

Sometimes I only wish that thou only sketch

    and speak sweet words

    Sincere and kindred

    For Love is sweet

    So spread thou sweetness

Than to put confidence in man”

It is not how you get broken

But how you are going to rise

to pick up the broken pieces

    Defrauding stirred up emotion

    Honesty preserved and devotion.

We climbed the steep hills together

    Surviving life’s stormiest weather

    With or without each other

My feet brought me to the highest peak of Mt. Tapulao

Climbing this mountain one step at a time

    Notwithstanding the scorching heat sometimes

The cutting edge of rocky roads

Careful that my steps won’t slide

    Lest my foot cast aside

    I won’t live when I stride...

    Treading up the slippery trek

A breathtaking view when you reach its peak

Towering over other heights, valleys, and hillside.

    I couldn’t help but exclaim!

    I am not ashamed

God of valleys and God of mountains

    HOW MAJESTIC IS YOUR NAME!

Mount Tapulao is the highest peak in Region III. It is located in Palauig,Zambales, Philippines. The author expressed her feelings and experiencedin climbing it twice in April 2008 and sometime June of the same year

In summer we met by chanceIf you pursued the other directionThere could be no interactionOur path has never crossed.

But destiny paved each waySuddenly our paths have swayed.

Time goes by, then it’s time for you to go…Our eyes speak what lips can’t sayEyes glistening with tears, heavyheartedWe parted ways, my heart is so unhappy.

You loved me so tenderlyYou cared so much for meThat it hurts so badlyTo be on the separate way.

My “hao peng you”You always be my soul friend so far away.

He is the God with Ears that hearthe quiet supplication of a trembling sinner.

    No Other God like Him!

The God with Eyes that penetrates our innermost coreThe God with Hands that intervenes in the affairs of men.

    No other God like Him!

The God with Voice that speaks to us as the wind risesas sharp, deafening thunders rumbleand as lightning sparks and strikes several hundred million bolts.

    No other God like Him!

He sends rain to the just and the unjust. To the good and bad alikeTo the poorest of the poorTo those whose pockets are full.To the pleasant and the despicable.

Yes, there is no other God like Him!

We have not seen His gracious face,

Yet He can be felt anytime anywhere

He is my God, the forgiving, tender, loving God.

He is the Almighty, the True, Living God.

Life is not so sweet sometimes

    40. Poems’ Touch

Poems will heal the world, “De Gratia”

Poems inscribed from our hearts, “Sans Doute”

Poems transcribed from the minds with a heart, “mirabilia”

Poems captioned from our hearts with a mind, “amerveille”

Man’s heart is soft and tender

Yet human heart is the most deceitful ever

Could turn as hard as granite rock

Unbendable like tungsten, it won’t crack

We can never truly be one! This a challenge.

But our hearts can be as one

    We can never agree fully

Nevertheless… we start with PoetryCan we truly be as one?’

In our Endeavors? Religious beliefs? One language?

    Human in one embodiment

    Men and women in agreement?

My mind rallying, a big Nay!

‘Cause the Creator designed it to be this way

So that we will not be able to understand each other fully

Thereby giving us many doors to plan more evil ways

Races, faith, different languages are here to hinder us

We need to be disagreeing in order for us

not to succeed in dethroning the Master.

Yet we were permitted to fly on our wings in any weather.

The Master Touch delicately sprinkled in every poet’s hearts

The Master of Poetry have spoken, poetic in his designs

The Master said, “Let there be light and there was light”

But He never commandeth that “fish should climb a tree”

Neither “makes them climb down” reciting poetry.

As long as we believe in a Sovereign God, this world will survive.

    Like the Masters Touch….

    Poetry will evolve and revolve,

    Poets will master the touch,

Touching every life, every soul, every hearts

That this world we live will surely be healed through

    Poets touch.

    45. Sow the Seeds(of HOPE, PEACE, and UNITY)

We have sowed mustard seedsSeeds of hope, seeds of inspirationsSow the seeds of unity to young lads

To their tender hearts and young mindsto be productive and be inspired

Inspired to carve poems of love, peace and not pride

Poems they’re now scribbling with their ballpointBallpoint carving couplets, quatrains and Haikus

Haikus we used to play gamesGames to in spirit and liven their minds

Minds to strew the seeds to their playmatesTo carve and pen beautiful ballads and sonnets

Sonnets then novels to inspire the nationsNations whose heart are hardened by their selfish ambitions.

These young brilliant minds will be awakenedAwaken to bestow and impart hope, peace, for the next young generation

No more irascibility, no more hates, no more- condescensionDo not just preach to this young generation

Maybe indifference will not end, maybe no one will no longer listenPreaching-teaching? Why not more of sowing and propagation

It should not remain as a just vision of United NationLET’S BRING IT IN!

Propagate by sowing the seeds of UNITY, HOPE, PEACE, and LOVETo every Nations.

    46. Stubborn Love

    HIS love is stubborn

    HIS understanding is great

I cannot run away from Thee

    His voice kept calling me.

    Though I often failed Him

He never gave up on me

At HIS feet I kneel down and pray

My heart, my mind, my soul my whole being

    Tremble in awe of Thee.

There is only One True God

    That’s my heavenly Father above

    He has eyes that see

A heart in deepest sorrow and fears

Ears that hear even a slight whisper of pray’r

Hands that heal a soul tired and weary

YES! He is my GOD and HE lives within my heart.

    47. The Ancient Path(Real life Experience)

I had seen it with my very eyes, time and time again. At first, I was bewildered, then mystified, then astonishedSo much so that I would purposely rebuff the apparitionTo ward off the emerging fright to quiet me down. But it refused to expire.

The phantom image would reveal itself as it pleased -Any time of the day and wherever I might beIn the midst of a chore, as I enjoyed a tête-à-tête.Even when I closed my eyesThe sight stayed and stayed and stayed.

Was I just dreaming? But I was wide awake! What was it then?I kept seeing itI told you I wasn’t in deep sleep.

It was broad daylightI was in the kitchenPerhaps in the gardenProbably just strolling alongThere! It was there again!

Glimpse of meadows saying hi to my eyesSo green with a white path in betweenSo distant and so long I couldn’t see the endI shook my head and closed my eyesBut it kept on flashing again and again.

The green fields and the white path!Staying, dwelling in my bamboozled mindNobody could explain what it was.Nobody could tell why I was seeing it.Then one day, a spiritual man came alongHe asked if he could bless and pray for meI told him the thing that had long bothered me.

He reached for his bagTook out something and lifted it up.“My daughter” he called my nameShowed me what he gotLocking his eyes with mine, he asked,“Daughter, is this the one you have been seeing so often?”“Oh, oh”… I stared at the objectGripping the arms of my chair I uttered“OLAM?”He said calmly, “You saw a vision, my daughter”“OLAM”, “is this the one you saw my dear?”“OLAM”Right then and thereIt became clear

What I have been seeing isA vision, indeed, a vision

A vision I long to see... again and again and again.

The vision flashed in 2006Originally written in 2006

    48. The Language of the Heart

L O V E is bigger than our oceans,Deeper than the Atlantic Ocean,Wider than Pacific Ocean.Such a wondrous, rapturous oceans of feelings.L O V E is the most wonderful emotion. We could not fathom the depths of one’s feelings. Some easily get drown into this sensation. There are those who lost their sanity with this passion. We fall in love with love songs;“Love is a many splendored thing”“Too much love will kill you”“Love in any language fluently spoken here”We are intoxicated by love storiesWe fell in love with love songsWe feel so complete knowing we are loved. Thus L O V E quench thirst and weary hearts. If faith can move mountains;L O V E build bridges and break down walls of hate,L OV E erases sadness and change it to chord of gladness,L O V E invokes happy thoughts andL O V E is the secret for the fountain of youth.L O V E keeps us going.L O V E sustain the music in every heart.Yes, for “L O V E is the greatest gift of all”From GOD to us, HIS first L O V E.For “God is L O V E”.

    49. This thing We called Poetry

What shall thou write with my plumeWhat wilt my pen be going to sketchWhat thou scribble with my stylusWhen thousands of poetic minds are out thereSo full of powerful thoughtsI feel inferiorWith my not so good enough descriptive expressions.

A man with dark eyeglasses came and inspired meTo continue writing poetryHe saith, “Poetry is ageless, borderless”He saith, “There is a 50 - year old MongoloidAnd a gifted 3 years old”.

So Poetry is for all ages,Poetry is not just merely writings’Of Alpha’s and betasPoetry is an expression of what you feelin your mind, in your heart, in your spiritPoetry is an unquenched passion of the soul.

    51. What is Humanity for You?

You seek helpers so someone could take care of your householdsYou employ maids so someone could do the household choresYou hire nannies so someone could take care of your kids. You pay workers so someone could manage your industries.

They are not pigs! They are not robots! They are not your puppets! They are not your house slaves!

They are hired as house helpers. They applied as nannies for your tots. They worked as domestic helpers. They worked… to earn a living…

Seeking for a domestic helper but actually, want a slave! Keeping their passports and without a day off!Working as housemaids does not give you the right to enslave!Expect them to work thoroughly yet deny them sleep

    and not eat decently!

Is humanity only for men in power, the rich and famous? That workers and house helpers are your properties?Oh, where is humanity in all of this? For you they are not human but just slaves.

    52. What is your Name?

Lingering, roaming around your orchardOn a drizzled day, so sadYou have passed awayIn your coffin, you lay.

Admiring your orchardI decided to roam aroundAwed by the fruit-bearing treesI smiled, I found again happiness.

My eyes fell on the bunch of yellow blossomsThere stood this yellow gold flowersAt the middle of your nice abodeLocking my eyes I couldn’t abide.

I couldn’t help but cryI want to have it, Oh my!So I picked one little stemLook. I have you now in my own garden.

You will give me delight every morningTill dawn and again in the eveningBut there’s something I want to knowWhat is really your name before I go?

My only regret is thatI was not able to take a shotOf that awesome beautiful bunchOf your golden flowers, I want to touch.

Simple things in life give me joy …

    Talk about money

    It is not always honey

But store with the right reasons

    It’s about heart conditions.

    You serve God using money

    It’s not about money

It’s all about our hearts priority.

    Why I am dark skinned?

    Why my hair is gold?

    Why I am so white?

    Why I am so tall?

Why I am skinny and not sexy at all?

    All the Why’s of life’s

    Is a never-ending cry

    Why are we complaining?

    Why are we blaming?

    Our Why’s are endless
