1.BackgroundSpeed cameras are implemented to help control vehicle speeds in high traffic locations. There has been an issue with some cameras giving unfair speeding tickets in order to pay for the machines upkeep.

2. Target AudiencesPeople who operate motor vehicles on a daily basis, ages 17 - 40, who reside in areas populated with controlled speed traffic regulations.

3. Objectives After looking at the illustration and focusing on reading the article the audience should feel there is a problem with how this system is set up and seek to inform themselves of their rights on the road.

4. Obstacles people who do not operate motor vehicles on a daily basis or those that do no encounter cameras on the road may not have a clear visual of what a speed camera looks like.

5. Key Benefit Public will be informed on how speed cameras are falsifying speeding tickets in order to pay for upkeep

6. Support Statements/ ReasonsThe public should feel there is something wrong with the current set up of having to be wrongfully charged with a speed violation in order for the broken system to pay for itself.Anyone who has been cited with a speed ticket or wrongfully acused of a traffic violation that may not include speed cameras will be able to relate to the story at hand.

7. Tone Tone is authoritative, informative, a feeling of being robbed.

8.Media The main form of communication regarding this article is through the internet, and newspaper.
