Prior to the Final Rule• Develop training materials
• Develop a protocol to: – ensure a uniform, cost-effective FSPCA
training program – maintain records of certificates of those
trained– list courses being provided by qualified
trainers
After the Final Rule
• Provide training:
– Train-the-Trainer
– “Basic” Preventive Controls (Internet and instructor-led)
• Provide outreach to industry
