Educational Board Game 3rd 9wk Science Project

Deadline: Thursday March 2,02017. Students will receive 3 separate grades for this project; one for the instructions, oral presentation, and the board game itself. Purpose: To create an original board game that teaches its players about 1 of the topics covered during the 3rd nine week period; see topics from the list below. Requirements:

1) A cardboard base -All board games must have a cardboard base (a piece of a box will suffice). -Students should be creative when it comes to size, shape, and the covering chosen for the board game.

2) Original Title -Your board game should have an “attention grabbing” original title that will lure people into playing your game.

3) It must be educational -After playing your game the players should have a better understanding as to the meaning of the vocabulary terms embedded within your game.

4) A minimum of 15 vocabulary terms from the attached list must be included in your game.
