1. Have the students select one of the following three animals and write a half page summary of that animal’s life cycle. ~ Echidna~ Saltwater Crocodile~ Orange Lacewing Butterfly
2. Have a class discussion about food chains and draw some examples on the board to illustrate the relationships between the living things in an ecosystem.
3. Have a class discussion to revise what you have already learnt about life cycles.
~Plan an investigation to carry out at the Wildlife Park...
1. (a) Choose 3 animal species that live at the Wildlife Park and research their natural diet.
(b) Try to draw a food chain for the animals you have selected based on what lives in their environment and what they eat.
