Presenting tips

For presentations in the auditorium, our highly trainedtechnicians can provide seamless transitions betweenpresentations using remote access software.

Presenters using PowerPoint should forward allpresentations at least 24 hours in advance of theirmeeting to [email protected].

This ensures our technicians can make compatibilitychecks with our system. When emailing presentations, please ensure that they do not contain patient sensitiveinformation (including clinical images). They should alsobe less than 20mb in size due to restrictions on ouremail server.

We would strongly advise that you:

• always bring a backup on a CD or a USB memorystick

• contact our IT department at least 24 hours inadvance via email: [email protected] if you do not have aChristie encrypted memory stick, as otherwise it maynot work on the day

• arrive as early as possible so that any problems canbe resolved
