Norms: Edusports has developed norms using the data of all children who are part of the programme. This is true specifically for health assessments. Skill assessment grading is based on a scoring rubric. Every year, we revisit the norms and validate their accuracy. Grading System: For health related assessments, we use a 5 point grading system. For skill assessments we use a 3 point grading system from N to S5 and for classes 6 and above, we use a 5 point grading system.
•Codifying criteria thus making grading easier •Communicating academic expectations •Providing a tool for self and peer-review
Rubrics fed into system to derive grades upon assessment inputs
