多糖誘導体型光学異性体分離用カラムを用いたキラル分離の高速メソッドスカウティング R150423A

CHIRAL ART (キラルアート)は、多糖誘導体をキラルセレクターにもつ光学異性体分離用カラムです。高い立体認識能を有するため、広範囲のキラル化合物の分離が可能です。

3種のラインナップがあるCHIRAL ART耐溶剤型は幅広い溶媒で使用することができ、対象化合物や目的に応じて最適なカラムや移動相を選択することができます。さらに長さ50 mmのショートカラムを用いることで高速なメソッドスカウティングを行うことが可能です。

多糖誘導体型光学異性体分離用カラム CHIRAL ART の特長

CHIRAL ART (キラルアート)は、キラルセレクターとして多糖誘導体をシリカゲルに導入した光学異性体分離用カラムです。高い立体認識能を有するため、広範囲のキラル化合物の分離が可能です。また、cis-trans異性体や位置異性体の分離にも有効です。コストパフォーマンスも優れ、分析用カラムから分取カラム・大量分取用のバルク充填剤まで用途に応じて幅広く対応します。CHIRAL ART 耐溶剤型カラムは、多糖誘導体をシリカゲルに固定化したカラムで、一般的なHPLC用カラムに使用可能な溶媒を適用できます。非水系から水系溶媒まで使用できるため、順相と逆相の両モードでの使用が可能です。分析対象物がヘキサンなどの非水系有機溶媒に溶解しにくい水溶性化合物の場合、逆相モードを用いることで分離最適化が容易になるケースがあります。
