• 项目于9月1日 到 10月1日 接受网上申请 (NGNE)– 新国大计算机学院会与合作院校共同决定参与项目学生名单– Interview may be arranged at the discretion of SOC.
• 学生需于10月15日前投递所有所需文件，任何于截止日期后发出的申请以及文件将视为无效
• 申请结果将于11月中旬告知学生. 申请通过学生需于课程开始前一周抵达新国大报到

3. 大学成绩单（包括评分说明/解释）与英语翻译件英语四级（CET4）或 六级（CET6）证书, 或雅思/托福
4. 提交银行的财务证明（银行存款需满足学生在新加坡期间的学费及生活费，约为人民币八万元）
• 学生 (currently year 3 or year 4) 需上传并邮寄以下文件进行申请：
• 学生需在截止日期前邮寄发送CV及成绩单（英文）至新国大计算机学院项目负责人邮箱
• 学生需将上表所列全部文件，以及申请表（官网填写并下载打印）于10月15日前邮寄至新加坡国立大学注册办公室。

• 0.5项目中成绩达到以下标准就可直接申请为SOC研究生：– 2门选修课最终成绩达到B+或以上– 1门必修毕业设计课程最终成绩达到A- 或以上– 2019年3月份提交申请
• 编号为XX4000及以上的课程如学生没有用做本科毕业学分，就可用来作为新国大计算机学院研究生的课程学分
• 研究生要完成10门课程或6门课程加1门毕业设计课程– 毕业需要1到1.5年; 最长不超过3年– 可阔展0.5项目中的毕业设计课程为研究生阶段的研究课题
