・手関節(TFCC)のような関節領域内の微細な構造をT2*コントラストの連続断面として高いSNRで撮像できる方法として3D_mFFEシーケンスがあります。
・従来法の3D_mFFEでは撮像時間が長く、疼痛等で長時間の撮像が困難な患者様が多い当院では手関節領域での撮像に使用しておりませんでした。
・そこで今回、主要パラメータの検討によるTFCCを中心とした手関節領域への撮像時間の短縮を目的とした条件の見直しを行いました。

一回の励起パルスにてコントラストの異なる複数のエコーを収集する
2エコー以上複数での収集が可能
各エコーの画像もそれぞれ観察することが可能
取得した全エコーを累積加算することで高いSNR画像の再構成が可能
