• Tolling only for investments in public infrastructure
•Toll projects are normally co-financed by National Budget

•High percentage of tags (50-95%)•Limited addional space needed in Plazas•Operational cost 7-10% of revenue•Plazas shall NOT create queues•A demand for full automation
