Dress Code

Change into your EF polo shirt when you arrive at the school.

You can wear a skirt or slacks or jeans with your EF polo shirt. Dress sharpyoull win more respect from both

parents and students that way (and that will help significantly with your lessons later on!)

Tips:

- Dont wear flip-flops, thongs, sandals, zories, slip slaps, pluggers, toesies, jandals or slippers.o These are considered very informal in China. Teachers do not wear them.o It doesnt matter if you see students or parents wearing them.o Students will spend the entire lesson staring at your feet.

- Dont wear any clothing that looks worn or is torn.- Dont wear any overly bright, flashy, or distracting clothing.- Dont wear a green hat.- Always strive for a neat and tidy personal appearance in every way.

So where do you find non-worn and non-torn clothing that isnt overly bright, flashy, or distracting? Changsha

is a fashionable city. Walk around any of the many, many malls and wait for something to scream Teacher!
