Bosch SZS Series Fully Automatic Oil and Gas Fuel Boiler

The SZS series fully automatic oil and gas fuel boiler has been developed by Bosch on the foundation of cutting-edge technology. It is a new high-tech product that unifies mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, combustion, heat exchange, and control. This boiler is a double drum vertical D-type boiler with fast assembly water pipe structure and micro positive pressure in operation.

We have imported our leading German industrial boiler safety control system technology, which uses PLC and an independent interlocking protection system design as well as a touch screen and a man-machine operating interface that is smart and streamlined. Such features ensure high safety, high reliability, and fully automatic smart boiler control and operations.

Steam boiler designed efficiency range, depending on configuration of energy saving device, is: 91-99%.

Hot water boiler designed efficiency range, depending on configuration of energy saving device, is: 92-95%.

Steam boilers are all configured with energy saving devices that come in 3 models: B-type (basic model), E-type (economic

model), and S-type (strong model) boiler energy saving devices. Corresponding flue gas temperatures are 150°C, 90°C, and 55°C

respectively.

There are two possibilities regarding the hot water boiler energy saving device. No boiler energy saving device, which has a

corresponding flue gas temperature of150°C, and configuration with a boiler energy saving device, which has a corresponding flue

gas temperature of 100°C.

Boiler designed fuel includes: natural gas, town gas, liquefied petroleum gas, biogas, coke oven gas, mine gas, light oil, and heavy

oil.

SZS series boiler body is designed for dual use of fuel oil and gas, fuel oil, or fuel gas as the three kinds of fuel. The customer

should specify the designed fuel when ordering to facilitate selection of appropriate burners and other auxiliary equipment.

The flue gas exit of the SZS boiler still contains relatively high flue gas temperatures. After this flue gas undergoes economizer, it can pre-heat the boiler feed water while simultaneously lowering flue gas temperature, reducing boiler flue gas emission heat loss, and increasing boiler thermal efficiency by 3-7%. In doing this, it achieves the goals of energy savings, emissions reduction, and lowering consumption.

Standard configurations for Bosch boilers include the B-type (standard model) boiler energy saving device, with options available for E-type (economic model) and S-type (advanced model) energy saving devices. The corresponding flue gas temperatures are 150°C, 90°C, and 55°C respectively.

There are two standard configurations for Bosch’s hot water boilers: Without boiler energy saving device, which corresponds to a flue gas temperature of 150°C, and configuration with an energy saving device, which corresponds to a flue gas temperature of 100°C.

Aside from the economizer shown above, Bosch can also specially design boiler energy saving devices based on user fuel characteristics and user specific requirements.
