Overview

All organizations, both in the public and private sectors, are facing new challenges. The increasing

pressure to compete on a global stage with limited resources means we all have to work together to secure

our future prosperity, and that of generations to come. The EFQM Excellence Model provides a framework

that encourages the cooperation, collaboration and innovation that we will need to ensure this goal is

achieved." Herman van Rompuy, President of the European Council Business excellence focuses on the client and requires inspirational leadership as well as systems,

processes and facts to manage an organization. But for everything to happen there is a need to

maximize employee’s contribution by helping them to develop and grow.

This course designed to provide the participants with the highest standard to implement performance improvement

programs in their organization, or qualify as an EFQM Excellence Model Assessor.

Effectively apply the RADAR to produce value adding performance analyses.

Our Approach

We recognize that people learn best by doing, and they do a lot in this course. It includes mini-lectures,

small- and large-group discussions, games and lots of exercises. It is highly interactive to reinforce what is

taught and includes peer editing in a non-threatening environment. As well as the standard learning principles of applied adult learning and effective reinforcement through

workshop based activity, EBC incorporates its own methodology which has been derived from over 15

years of professional development and executive training. The STAR methodology is applied to every

Training course; it commences with the identification of existing knowledge, moves on to building skills and

techniques and is completed by relating learning to the workplace and committing to behavioral change.

Language of Instruction

Unless otherwise stated the program instruction is in Standard Day-to-Day English. Participants can

request the instructor to provide a program vocabulary which will ensure they have no problem

understanding the content and can be facilitated a little bit by using Arabic language when necessary.
